Disorderly Conduct plot

Motorcycle cop Dick Fay gives Phyllis Crawford a speeding ticket, but the girl laughs at the cop for having a very influential father. Dick is demoted to a street cop and leads a raid on a mobster hideout. Phyllis also appears there. Dick helps her escape and then blackmails her father.
