Herbert Blount dreams of replacing a director of one of his beloved horror films. When this fails, he turns to stalking his favorite actress. He follows her from a distance in all the things she does in a day. Until he needs more close-up shots and he kidnaps her to make his own movie in which he casts himself as her 'love interest'.
