Dieci Inverni plot
The story begins in the winter of 1999. 18-year-old Camilla arrives on a small ferry in the lagoon of Venice, where she is going to study Russian at university. In the crowd she notices a young man who is also just arriving. Silvestro is her age, but he is very bold and when the ferry docks, he follows her through the misty, narrow streets of the islet. An adventure that will last ten years begins; it takes the two youngsters from quiet Venice to busy Moscow. At different times in their lives they are enemies, friends, in love, attract or keep each other at a distance. Lovers come and go, each living their own lives—often jealous, but always longing for each other.
