Die Sekretärin des Weihnachtsmanns plot

Marlène (Marianne Sägebrecht) works as a volunteer at an agency that answers all letters to Santa Claus. She meets the wish of a little girl, whose mother has died, to bring her father back to her. She sets out to find out what she can do for this girl, only to find out that no one knows who her father is. After a visit to her in the hospital, she feels so sorry that she launches a search for the missing father.
