Die Freunde Meiner Frau plot

The neat accountant Walter Brinkmann has his life and that of his family on track. However, one of his clients, the lyricist Bernd Freiburg, thinks that he should let loose and invites him to a revue, in which his sister Fee is the star. The evening makes Walter think and he decides to go on holiday with his wife right away. However, he misses the train. He makes the best of it and decides to let his hair down once more. However, his children and maid Lotte keep a close eye on him.
