Der Minister plot

The charming and wealthy Franz Ferdinand von Donnersberg dreams aloud of a career in politics. His good childhood friend Max Drexel has the same dream, although the intelligent and hardworking Max is of humble origin. Franz gets his big chance when he is appointed Minister of Economic Affairs. While Franz's career takes off, Max is left disillusioned.
