Der Große Schwindel plot
Elisabeth Sänger is a powerful businesswoman who runs a successful stone-cutting company in Cologne. When Georg, Elisabeth's husband and creative head of the company, leaves her, she collapses and develops psychogenic amnesia, which prevents her from remembering anything. For fear of a relapse, her children Florian and Rieke keep quiet that Georg is gone. But soon both are with their backs against the wall. Elisabeth not only wants to know where her husband is, the company is also in danger of running out of management. To keep up with the plan, they enlist the help of Georg's twin brother Günther, with dire consequences.
