Daawat-e-Ishq plot

Shoe saleswoman Gulrez "Gullu" Qadir (Parineeti Chopra) is disillusioned with love. Mainly because of many encounters with men who are only interested in the dowry. During her search for Mr. Universe encounters Gullu on Taru. The chef Tariq "Taru" Haidar (Aditya Roy Kapur) from Lucknaw knows how to charm everyone with the aroma and taste of his biryani and kebabs. Together with Gullu, this creates fireworks in the kitchen.
