Croquemitoufle plot

Bernard Villiers, a famous explorer, returns to Paris. His friend Thomas Desjardins is waiting for him. Thomas is now married to a charming young woman. However, because of his work, he doesn't see her much. He entrusts Bernard to his assistant, because he has to leave again himself.
