Creepin' plot

Mileek is a serial killer who roams the streets of Philadelphia on the first and fifteenth days of every month. Twice a month, he attacks and hangs the victims' shoes on electrical wires. Mike and Laura are a suburban couple who get lost in a slum when Mileek makes his rounds. They struggle to find someone who can help them find their way home. Mike and Laura manage to evade the murderous Mileek, but Mileek has joined forces with Shameeka, an evil doll targeting fathers.
