Crazy Fat Ethel plot

300lb Ethel Janoski won't let anyone get in the way of her appetite. Even if it means killing her to do so. After spending many years in a psychiatric hospital, Ethel finds shelter with her aunt. Many people, including the nurse and a detective, believe that letting her go was a mistake.
