Charley Wyckham and Jack Chesney pressure fellow student Fancourt "Babbs" Babberly to pose as their Brazilian Aunt Donna Lucia. Their goal is to have him act as a chaperone for their amorous escapades with Amy and Kitty, Stephen Spettigue's niece and pupil. The complications begin when Fancourt, disguised as a woman, unwittingly wins the love of old Spettigue and Sir Francis Chesney.
