After a mistake, Philippe, a sympathetic young man, is prompted to participate in the radio broadcast "One Hundred Francs Per Second" for Fernand, an unlucky competitor. A blow to the head develops in him the gift of clairvoyance that allows him to answer brilliantly to all questions and to win crazy sums.
