Cartoni Animati plot
The story takes place in the imaginative 'Happy Village', inhabited by playful and beautiful characters, each with his or her special feature of comic and magical poetry. Yet they live in perfect harmony. In this dreamy atmosphere, Salvatore, Totò's nephew, enters the village. This once sent a group of impoverished civilians flying on brooms through the skies above Milan. His arrival makes the situation even more magical. With a certain liquid, which he carries in small colored bottles, Salvatore brings the dreams of all the inhabitants of 'Happy Village' to life...
