Hitler's brain is still alive. The mad Nazi doctor Helga von Blitzen enlists the help of the master of life and death himself: Dracula. He can, in fact, revive life in human material. His reward consists of the Virgin Mary, the daughter of Captain Berlin. Superhero Captain Berlin now has to face these two monsters.
