Bouboule plot

Kevin is twelve years old and weighs a hundred kilos. His nickname is "Bouboule". He divides his time between his mother, his sisters, his doctor appointments, his aqua-gym classes and his unenviable status as a scapegoat. He fills himself with chips and sandwiches. Due to his obesity, he has a high risk of a heart attack. Everything changes for Kevin the day he meets Patrick, a security guard he believes is a commando.
