Blondes by Choice plot

Bonnie Clinton (Claire Windsor) is an enterprising girl who opens a beauty salon in the small town of Clinton Harbor. To advertise her business, she bleaches her hair, much to the distaste of the local ladies' club. But when wealthy Caroline Bennett (Bodil Rosing) puts Bonnie on her guest list, people begin to accept her. The business finally kicks in, much to the dismay of vile businessman Benjamin Flint (Leigh Willard) and his spoiled daughter Olga (Bess Flowers).
