"TAKE YOUR CHOICE AND TAKE YOUR CHANCES"
William Watts is a kind-hearted man. After losing his job as an official at a marriage license office, he decides to open his own business. Under the name Romance Inc. he knows how to turn it into a successful marriage agency. When he sets up his secretary, Cynthia Douglas, with a wealthy client, he realizes he is truly in love with her.
