At Zije Neboztík plot

Rich and sick Petr Kornel is not happy with his cousin's loose lifestyle. He stops supporting him financially and demands that the cousin change his name. At the same time, as a thank you, he gives a large sum of money to his nurse Alice on the condition that she gets married. Petr Suk, as the cousin is now called, visits the doctor. His X-ray is swapped with another patient, leaving him thinking he has only one day to live.
