Arrapaho plot

Two Indian tribes, the Arrapahos and the Frocehiennies, seem to be dying out due to a shortage of babies. The chieftains get together and decide to merge their tribes. By teaching the tribesmen new sexual rituals, they hope that their two peoples will have more offspring.
