Vincent Doane finds himself in the precarious position of trying to strike an advertising deal with his ex-fiancée. Unfortunately, she is more interested in him than in business. Vincent's wife Paula becomes suspicious and decides to flirt with another man herself to make Vincent jealous. She chooses cigarette tycoon Claude Kimball. What she doesn't know, however, is that Kimball also gets along well with Vincent.
