American Beer plot

Four young Canadians head out in a 1966 Corvair for one last splurge before their inevitable coming of age. When they are somewhere in an inhospitable area in America, they have car trouble. Curt, the owner of the car, stays behind while the rest look for help. Everyone chooses their own path to maximize the chance of getting the right help. All four find someone who could help them, but things turn out differently.
