Amaya plot

Amaya, a hardworking Japanese in her late forties, has nothing but her job as a masseuse and her 23-year marriage to her Chinese husband Renshu. Their lives go on quietly and every day is the same: boring. This changes when Amaya is invited by Tao, her boss and her husband's brother, to teach a small group of massage techniques. One of the participants is Paul, a charming Englishman in his early forties. The relationship between Amaya and Paul is special. Their encounter dramatically changes Amaya's perception of her cultural and personal identity. Their lives change forever. However, one thing remains universal… love.
