Adam and Eva plot
mr. Smith (T. Roy Barnes) has been appointed chief executive in the firm of Eva's (Marion Davies) wealthy father. Hopefully, 'Adam' Smith can curb Eve's impulsive and wasteful buying habits, as Eve spends the money faster than her father can earn it. When Adam therefore tells Eve that her father is almost bankrupt, it turns out that he has a good heart, because she immediately rolls up her sleeves to help her 'needy' father.
