A Tailor-Made Man plot

John Paul Bart is mistaken for the arbitrator in a major labor case on a steamship, when in reality he is a lowly trouser presser. When the truth comes to light, he proves that he is not just an impostor, but a promising young man. He plans to legitimately acquire the position he accidentally held.
