A Small Summer Party plot

Family and friends gather at a barbecue to celebrate Keith's wife Marion's promotion. Also at the party are her boss, Mr. Sushimoto, and her colleague Geoff. Halfway through the festivities, Keith's father-in-law discovers Marion's rise, with humiliating consequences for Keith.
