A Holiday Spectacular plot
Philadelphia, 1958. Margaret is a wealthy heiress about to get married. However, against her family's wishes, she decides to take the gamble of auditioning in New York to join show dance troupe The Rockettes and take part in the big Christmas Spectacular at Radio City Music Hall. It works, and Margaret - now calling herself Maggie - quickly adjusts to her new life. She also meets John, a man with ambitions just as high as herself. She then has to decide if she wants to stay a Rockette or go back to her old life.

Very sweet commercial about the Rockettes, the famous dance ensemble of the Radio City Music Hall in New York. The touching story about the adventures of an aspiring dancer from a wealthy background is too good to be true. The show parts are nice, but everything around them is too contrived.
