A Ghost Waits plot
Jack earns a living fixing up houses. He discovers that the house he is currently working on is infested by a ghost. He tries to drive it off the site until he notices that the ghost is the woman Muriel. The two souls, each with their own tasks in their existence, become fascinated by each other and question their work, lives and decisions.
