Danny O'Neil goes from a teenager to an adult through a miraculous fast-growing machine from his neighbor. In this way he hopes to wrest his favorite teacher, Miss Noble, from the hands of her fiancé, the sports teacher. When adult Danny is mistakenly mistaken for the new school stand-in, he sees his chance to woo Miss Noble and throws the school upside down. However, the sports teacher does not leave it at that.
