Ha, I recognized this specific drawing style from somewhere. Cartoonist Matthias Phillips (MAT) was involved in this production. MAT is also a cartoonist for De Standaard and his very dry cartoons appear weekly in De Standaard's weekend magazine.
I like this humor, dry and full of satire. Often with socially awkward (or maladjusted) characters. This is no different here when 2 unattractive - marginal - tourists go on safari. They were also not at the back of the 'sympathetic' line, but simply next to the line.
A special approach with a real background of the savannah and the associated animals with 2 ugly figures literally glued on top. Fake all the way through, but that doesn't bother us at all. A nice story that combines humor and disgust. Nice (but not high quality)!
