Tweet and Lovely plot

Sylvester the cat's new home is an inventor's laboratory, which sits on a stilt near Tweety Bird's house. Tweety's house is guarded by a bulldog named Spike. Sylvester dabbles in a variety of inventions, including a storm cloud, a robot dog, invisible paint, and a retractable grabber. The bulldog foils all of Sylvester's attempts to capture Tweety with these inventions.
