Tidy Town plot

The residents of Tidy Town have a problem: the village is overrun with plastic waste from the nearby town, produced by the big bad city wolf Linnaeus. Meanwhile, young raccoon Joy informs the villagers of her plan to get the village spic and span again. Linnaeus also comes to help. Is that okay?
