The Tangled Angler plot

A pelican goes fishing, with a fishing rod and a can of worms. The fish (apparently the only one in the pond) is too smart for him, and he jumps out of the water and starts swearing. He smokes a cat's tail like a cigar and uses the pelican as an ashtray. He ties the pelican up with his own fishing line and then takes a bath in its beak.
