The Swing School plot

Betty Boop is leading the animal students in a singing lesson at her Pet School, but Pudgy the Pup keeps singing off-key. Betty sends him to the Dunce's Stool, where Pudgy's sweetheart comes to comfort him. Her kiss gives Pudgy a new chance at life and music. He leads the class in a swinging rendition of Betty's theme song.
