Teplaya Zvezda plot

In the sky, high in the sky, an owl is busy polishing the stars. Every star that is clean again shines beautiful bright light, but the owl lets one of the stars slip and it falls to earth. There a group of children playing finds him. Because of all their care and love, the star starts to shine again.
