Super Bear plot

In the wilderness, a bear lives with his son. When the young cub is captured by a human criminal, the father ventures into the big city during a festival to look for him. The criminal disguises the bear as a panda so that it is worth more on the black market. To save his son, the bear teams up with a dog who is a spy.
