Shinel plot

Akikiy Akakievitch, an office worker who is scorned by his colleagues, goes in search of a new coat. He succeeds, but after a night out with the office workers, he is attacked and his new coat is stolen. Akikiy gets sick and dies. After his death, an apparition haunts the city. This forces people to give up their coats.
