Scrubby plot

Scrubby wants to live forever in his mother's thick fur, but she's starting to lose it. When he retrieves a blown-away clump of hair, he's shocked to discover that all that's left is a pile of hair and a trail in the snow. Scrubby sets out to find his mother and encounters a naked, shivering creature. Is his fur big enough for two?
