Psycho-Pass: Providence plot

While attending a meeting as Superintendent of the Public Security Bureau, Akane Tsunemori receives a report that an incident has occurred on a foreign ship. Akane and Atsushi Shindo, head of the Statistics Department of the Ministry of Health and Welfare, who also attended the conference, rush to the scene of the incident. However, for some reason, the authority to conduct an investigation is delegated to the Action Department of the Overseas Coordination Office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. In the ship, Dr. Milicia Stronskaya, whom Atsushi had invited as a guest to the meeting, was found dead.
