Pest Pilot plot

Popeye runs a small airfield. Pappy comes along and wants to be a pilot, but Popeye tells him he is too old. Pappy leaves dejectedly, but manages to start one of the planes parked outside. He flies it and causes a lot of damage. His impending crash is announced and Popeye rushes to the scene.
