Nix on Hypnotricks plot
Prof. I. Stare is a villain and a hypnotist, who is frustrated because he has no one to practice on. He randomly calls Olive Oyl, while Popeye is not home, and hypnotizes her over the phone into coming to his office. Popeye runs after her. Olive Oyl walks on, unaware of the dangers that stand in her way and that Popeye eliminates. But Olive Oyl approaches Stare's office anyway...
