Nicholas Nickleby plot

After their father's death, Nicholas Nickleby moves to London with his mother and sister, believing that their father's brother will help them. But Sir Ralph is a merciless miser who really wants nothing to do with them. He gets the boy a job at a Yorkshire school and promises to take care of his family. The principal of the school turns out to be a vicious sadist and Nickleby cannot bear the injustice in the school and leaves. Meanwhile, Sir Ralph schemes nefariously with Nicholas' sister.
