Kai Doh Maru plot
Against the background of a power struggle for the city of Kyo, in medieval Japan, the parents of the young girl Kintoki are murdered by her uncle. As a result, Kintoki is forced to flee into the mountains, where Raiko, captain of the 'Four Knights', soon takes pity on her and teaches Kintoki the teachings of the samurai.
