After the evil wizard Septimus and his assistant are banished from Dragon Hill, life is calm and peaceful again. But with the help of a magic cube they manage to find their way back. The inhabitants of Dragon Hill and the entire world are now in danger. The little dragon Elfy, his grandfather and his human friend Kevin face a new adventure to defeat Septimus.
