Clannad plot

Okazaki Tomoya is a student who is forced to go to school alone. He is constantly haunted by nightmares about a world of which nothing is left, where 'his existence' is only a pure consciousness. One day while on his way to school, he meets a girl named Furukawa, who follows him to school every day from then on. Okazaki helps her organize the drama club. He slowly begins to appreciate life again. Yet the dreams he has seem to be more than dreams...
