Black Tulip plot

In the 18th-century Netherlands, a competition is held, with a prize of 100,000 guilders, to grow a black tulip. Cornelius absolutely wants to win this prize. At the same time, Bochstel, a local alchemist, is inventing a spell that gives him unlimited powers. He needs two more ingredients for this: a young virgin and a black flower. Cornelius manages to grow a black tulip, but he is soon arrested because of a suspicious package he received in the mail. Cornelius must try to escape in order to get his tulip back and stop Bochstel.
