Benigni plot

A single man who plays the xylophone lives in an apartment building. He may not be able to put his finger on it, but he's lonely. However, all this changes when a malignant tumor begins to grow under his arm. It is alive and gains consciousness. In his efforts to get rid of the tumor, he discovers that it has some unconventional properties.
