Barkley plot

The boy Fido ends up in a city full of animals. There he meets Barkley and other animal friends. The city is ruled by a magician who calls himself "God" and who attributes superpowers to himself. With dizzying tricks, he has convinced the animals to worship him. Fido and Barkley set out to find their way back to Fido's world and reveal what "God" really is: an impostor.
