Trifole plot
Dalia, a young woman who grew up in London without motivation or hopes for the future, is sent by her mother to a small village in the Langhe region of Piedmont to care for her grandfather, Igor. She hopes that rural life will help the girl find her feet. Upon arrival, Dalia discovers that her grandfather, whose health is deteriorating daily due to dementia, has been issued an eviction notice. He doesn't have enough money to pay his bills, and the local winegrowers hope to take over the land once used by truffle hunters, including Igor and his faithful dog, Birba. Dalia decides to devise a plan to save Igor's beloved home.
