The Five plot

"Be Careful What You Wish For..."

Summer Vacation at Mountain's Edge. A sprawling two square mile property in suburban Denver. At the heart of this venture is a fleet of football fields, where a swarm of 12-year-olds walk from side to side, followed by their parents in an 'off-duty' Hollywood look. On the one hand there is the desert, long, dry and endless. On the other side, desert foothills that work their way up to green, higher mountains. It is here that five children wake up one morning to find their lives have changed in the world of their favorite book character. The five learn that they cannot change the past, but that their reaction in the present can determine their future.
